Follow on Emails inviting reviews

Hi,

Just wondering how anyone is doing this.

I was using follow on contact but that doesn't seem to work or be supported anymore.

I don't really like the built in one on easy reiews as I can't run it in test mode.

Just wondering what other options there are for a automated follow up email that I can customise to be sent X days after ordering.

I have a module for this. It's been running in a few of my clients' stores for several years. Maybe I should put it in the Miva app store? For now, you can PM or email me to discuss it in detail.

To update this and in case anyone else is interested in our soultion.

I changed the way we did this so the data comes from our Order Management system periodically. Then we use SendGrid to send the emails. So Miva is not imvolved at all now.
