Has anyone used TargetBay BayEngage - Email and SMS marketing?

If so, what has your experience been?

I'm interested as well. I'd love to be able to offer clients the ability to house more services under one roof. One thing to note is that their reviews service doesn't push reviews to Google Shopping/Seller Ratings (they only offer rich snippets).

Really, no one on these forum has is using TargetBay, or has anything to say about their experience? Not very encouraging.
