    Subscription Out of Stock Handling

    If a customer has multiple subscriptions for different products scheduled for the same day (on the same order) and one item is out of stock, will the entire order be cancelled or just the one item that is out of stock?

    It depends on your out of stock settings for subscriptions. There were some new options added in 10.05.00:

    Default is to ignore stock so it will always process all items for that re-order regardless of inventory.

    If you modified this to "error and skip to next order date", it happens on a per product basis since each product is treated as its own subscription. So in your case if there was one item our of stock it would get skipped and the other items would get processed.
