Best Practice to Add Shadows 2.0 Framework to MMUI site

What's the current thinking on Updating a MMUI site to use Shadow 2.0 Framework. I note that you can no longer just download the framework and its supposed to be installed along with miva 10 (but not in this MMUI site). So, I'm guessing the answer is build from new site.

I've asked Brennan to chime in, but yes Shadows is built upon the CSSUI components, not MMUI.

You cannot apply Shadows to MMUI, its is CSSUI only. You're best off using the MMUI to CSSUI migration tool and rebuilding the site on that which then you can use the latest version of Shadows

You have two options. As Brennan mentioned, the MMUI to CSSUI migration tool or a fresh build that you import the exportable data to. It really depends on what you would like your canvas to start off with.
