Ship From is not updating to new Ship From address

    Ship From is not updating to new Ship From address

    I changed our SHIP FROM address in:

    Shipping Settings>UPS Developer Kit
    Shipping Settings>FedEx Web Services
    Shipping Settings>FedEx Freight Options

    The old From address is still populating the SHIP FROM address on the GENERATE SHIPPING LABEL screen and on the actual Shipping Labels that are generated in Miva.

    Is there another place I need to change the address on?

    I confirmed that this is happening on the orders that came in after I made the change.

    Hello s1b,

    Did you generate new shipping labels after changing the ship from address, or are you looking at previously generated shipping labels? The only other place I can think of to change an address would be under your Settings > Domain Settings OR Settings > Store settings.

        Domain Settings > Domain Details - this has our PO BOX address. It is not the address that is populating the Ship From address.

        Settings > Store settings - I don't see any addresses within all of the settings in this section.

          Look in Settings -> Store Settings -> Store Details. It's the Owner information showing there.

            According to the docs, https://docs.miva.com/reference-guide/ups-developer-kit

            the ship from says: "This address, and the customer's ship to address, are used to calculate shipping charges. This address will appear on your shipping labels."

            If this is for the site in your signature, looking at the new address in the ship from in UPS settings it should be the address starting with 22594 correct? But I still see the address that starts with 18111 on some of your recent shipments labels.

              Correct.
              18111 is the old address.
              22594 is the new address.
              All orders generated after the address change are still populated with the old 18111 address.
              I made the address change in Miva for both FedEx and UPS. The issue is happening for both services.

                  First - my bad - I clicked through STORE DETAILS and missed that the OWNER was not collapsed.
                  Second - OWNER is not always the same as SHIP FROM. I ship from a 3rd party warehouse and my business is based out of a different address.
                  I would be inclined to enter my base/office address as OWNER and the warehouse address in the SHIP FROM.

                  Anyway - it's fixed. Thanks!
