    Facet Filtering not currently working on Shadows site

    Hi,

    I've created a ticket for this. It's currenlty being looked at. 410282

    But a heads up that currently filtering isn't working. And pagination isn't working either.

    This is true on my site, and on other Miva shadows sites I've tested today.

    Even on the shadows demo site:

    https://shadows.mivareadythemes.com/...te-Color=Black

    So for now I've hidden the filters on the category pages and stop pagination of he product list on CTGY.

    Hope we can get a fix soon.

    I am also having the same issue. This is affecting all three of our Miva Shadows stores. Two Stores are on Shadows 1 and One Store in on Shadows 2 all running Miva 10.06

    I am about to put in a ticket.

          We’ve isolated the cause as being a security patch RedHat released about 36 hours ago https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2023:1593. We’ve backed out the patch and confirmed our environment is not vulnerable to the issue that patch intends to resolve. We’re currently investigating what in the patch caused the issue and will then determine what the next steps need to be.

            Laura Schindler, we use Shadows, and updated Miva yesterday, to latest version and we are not experiencing faceted search problems. However, with the exception of SFNT page, I don't believe we've implemented PageBuilder throughout the rest of the site if the helps you to troubleshooting this issue.

              William Davis This had nothing to do with Page Builder or Shadows or even the Miva version. This impacted all customers whose underlying OS is CentOS 7 (which is about 1/3rd of our customers or so) and was due to an automatic Apache update that RedHat pushed out.

              It impacted our customers for up to about 8 hours early this AM and once we isolated the issue and confirmed we could safely downgrade the Apache update (since we're not vulnerable to the flaw that was patched) we did that.

              We're currently examining why this patch caused these problems in the re-write engine and will likely deploy updates around this patch at some point going forward.

                Thanks, good to know. Fortunately, we were never impacted, just thought I could help out in the troubleshooting process.

                We've been waiting a bit to make sure PageBuilder was okay before we implemented it fully -very exciting feature, can't wait to use it, and other related future features to come.
