Display Order Status Cancelled and other Sebenza Ultimate Order Status Types

I am trying to replace the Sebenza Ultimate Order Status which included Cancelled orders on the Order History page. How do I get the built-in Order History to include the canceled order on the Order History page and then be able to click the order to see what had been in it? Also, the module has the ability to create and add Status Types. Can this be done with the built-in order status? This is key to eliminating the module because this store also shows when an order is Ready for Pick Up along with Picked Up or On Hold.

I see that I can display the Cancelled status with the default Order History. What seems to have caused my confusion is that the Sebenza Ultimate Order Status retains canceled orders that have been deleted. So for at least this store owner, I will need to determine if retaining the canceled and then deleted orders are significant enough to continue to find a solution for this portion of the conversion.

I am going through the same conversion with my store.

Sebenza Ultimate Order Status has it's own database tables. As soon as an order is placed, a copy of the order is placed into UOS tables. Deleting an order from Miva will not delete the copy stored in the UOS tables.

You cannot build custom order statuses into Miva. Instead you can consider using custom order fields.

Too bad, but yes, I have considered the workaround.

We have the same issue, we need custom order statuses. We use ShipWorks and that was able to change the status for us as the order went through production. I was hoping we would eventually see that built into Miva since we all have different work flows.

the only way i know would be to use a custom field for 'Custom Order Status' and then run a template script to grab the Sebenza Custom Order Status and populate Miva's Custom Order Field. (and then of course, on places like order history, have a conditional that checks that field first. If there, uses it, if not uses Miva's.
