I opened a ticket with them back in November 2022 to cancel our subscription, and no one ever responded to it. Today I finally found time to call their office, supposedly in California and available for 24/7 support, and all 3 times I was put through to an answering machine after a brief wait. I didn't bother leaving a message since their lack of response to my ticket tells me all I need to know as far as their diligence in responding to customers.

might be easier to just ask your bank/credit card to disable the charge. had to do that for a streaming service that refused to cancel.Bruce Golub

Ditto what Rick Wilson said. I have had no issues contacting EMS via Viking Coders. I can send you the email addresses I use if you like. Just let me know.Leslie Kirk
