I have a site I am updating to GA4, and I have run into a glitch. I have imported the css and js files. They are set to global and active. They are assigned to the css_list and head_tag resource groups respectively.
I have added the <mvt:item name="head" param="css_list" /> tag to all page templates (not a duplicate - it wasn't there before). I get nothing, zilch, nada, bupkis output into the head tag of any page from either resource group.
What am I missing?
