Abandoned Basket Report

We are wanting to get an idea of what our abandoned baskets look like currently. Is there a report we can run or any data we can pull from Miva to help us figure out how many AB we currently have and have had historically?

You can install the Review Baskets module by selecting the Settings Gear icon and the modules link. Then search for review baskets and select install when the module is found.

Once installed you find the Review Baskets section by selecting the Settings Gear icon and the plus sign next to the Utilities link. Under the Utilities link dropdown you will find the Review Baskets link. (You can also search for this section in the global admin search).

The review baskets section gives you all the open baskets in the store with additional data that may assist like status, last updated, type, and more.

By selecting all the records in the batch list you can choose the three dots more menu and export the data as a CSV file. To see more data points in the batch list select the plus icon and choose any additional data points you would like to show in the batch list.
