What is happening is that the weight of a item that qualifies for free shipping is being factored in when the shipping rate is being returned on OSEL, but not when the actual charge is added to the order, so the order charge is correct, but the displayed rate in the selection list is not. This occurs when there is a combination of free shipping items and items that require shipping. The free shipping minimum is order total of $75. Any thoughts?
