We integrate salesforce forms all the time using form handlers in Salesforce. Create the form in Miva, and then have salesforce parse it and load into their database.

We just had a client ask about integrating an existing contact form into their Salesforce - is this doable?

Thanks. Waiting for another developer to chime in (offlist). Pretty sure he and i talked about this last year for a project and he said for what we are doing a home baked solution would be easy (its just inventory/customers)...but i like the idea of something expandable Rick so i'll check out connect too.

We have Miva Connect (which sits on top of Celigo) if you want to that route. Salesforce API to JSON API is the right path though.

The best way? Who knows. But, Order Workflows are likely the better route to try.

It's been quite a while since I've looked at the Salesforce API and was nearly impossible back then, of course in part because of my own experience. Learned a lot since then and much has changed in Miva. If Salesforce API and connecting functions have been updated, if it's available, their JSON might be the key. Etc, Etc, Etc.

But, I recall some discussion about integrations that included a possible Salesforce connector/integration. My memory may have failed though. :)
