How do I start from scratch with Shadows 10.08.03 on a development store

Hi, Looking for insight. I wanted to rebuild my store in the dev environment starting from scratch with Shadows 10.08.03. My development store has my current production framework already installed. I do not see a way to do that where remnants from the old store are still present (e.g,, mobile toolkits, old suivant content sections, etc.). Any thoughts? Thanks

bonnie1525 If your store is on the newest version of Miva then my suggestion would be to create a new branch in the store which is a copy of the Primary branch. Once the new branch is created it needs to be cleaned up before installing the new Shadows theme. To do this you can select ALL the page template in the new branch and delete them, only the default pages will remain. Then go to the JS and CSS resources section and delete all of them as well, once again only the native files will remain. Finally, delete all the Theme Components, which are content sections, navigation sets, images, etc. Once this is done it will ensure that any custom elements (pages, CSS, JS, etc) have been removed. From this point you would just navigate to the Frameworks section of the new branch and apply the newest Shadows framework that comes with every store. You could simply apply the new framework but any pages or resources that do not apply will still be there just not active.

I had support install a brand new untouched dev2 store that I could play with. Note this will take up storage space on your plan, so you may incur additional cost for that.
