Currently using Base Ready Theme, looking to shift to Shadows. I am using Miva 10.08, but don't see the branches option anywhere in user interface per the documentation. Anyone care to point me in the right direction? Thanks

It's within the User Interface subsection of the admin. At the top of the menu column you'll likely see the default branch of "Production" which is clicable.__________________________________________________
