That's odd, are you fully up to date on 10.09.03? If so, I would recommend contacting support.

Also make sure your browser didn't block the pop-up.

Hi Rick,

I had contacted support prior to posting here and they (Chris) did not have any ideas. I have tried again today thinking there was a UPS server issue. Same thing. I am not blocking any pop ups.
