Would like to setup a Minimum Order Charge & FREE Shipping

Please direct me to the area where I will be able to setup a minimum Order Charge &/or FREE Shipping.

Order Minimums are in Store Settings. You can set a Minimum Quantity, a Minimum Price, or both; and configure a message to display when the minimum is not met.

You can set up free shipping using the Flat Rate Shipping module. Just set the Amount to 0.00.

You can also configure it so that the Free shipping method is only offered when a minimum subtotal is met, by clicking on the name of the Free shipping method in Shipping Method Rules, and setting the first field in the "Restrict to Order Subtotal" to the minimum you want.

Being that I don't often use the forum I mistakenly posted this question twice. I've made the changes that I wanted and the site is live with those changes now.
