    Report of Authorization Failures

    We are interested in getting a daily report of payment Authorization Failures in hope of maybe contacting the customer and helping them complete the order.

    Some of the failures might be just bogus shopping attempts where the Error might be Fraud Detected and we don't have that many failures in a given day - maybe 3-4 a day but if a shopper is having a problem ordering we would like to try to fix that and get an actual order. The Store Owner reports that once in a while when a shopper can't make their payment they call and ask for help and the order eventually succeeds but maybe in a different payment method so that order has been rescued.

    For something like a CVV rejection that might be easy to fix if we could talk to the customer, get them to fix it, update, use a different card, etc.

    I don't see a way to export authorization failures and don't see a way to add a new Report that has anything to do with Authorization Failures but I've never had to create a new report and don't know how that stuff works. It would be nice to have a daily report that gets emailed and some way to maybe include a date range, etc.

    Is there a way in Miva to export/email these Authorization Failures maybe by date range?
    Does anyone know how to make/email such a report?
    Is there a reason that we may not want to bother with a report like this?
