Why are some (ok, in this site, just one) branches missing the 'Delete' menu option from the kabab menu?

There are two types of branches that cannot be deleted:- The primary branch
- Immutable branches (we only create one of these, and it is the first branch -- branch_id 1)
As far as immutable branches, there is really only one Immutable branch that gets configured... The first branch, the original Production / Primary branch. It is immutable because it stores important information and history that should not be removed.
