Is there a way to consolidate (delete) accounts that have been inactive for a year - or some period of time?

talerco You can do that from the admin. There is a Last Login field that will store the customer's last login date.

1. Navigate to the Customers screen within the admin.
2. Select the Settings Icon next to the Search Customers input then select Advanced Search

3. Configure the Last Login setting to be the required date and hit Search

4. Use the Select All checkbox then choose the three dots more settings icon and choose Delete Record(s)
