Shadows 10.13.00 question

Is Shadows 10.13.00 just bug fixes or is it needed to implement the latest updates to PageBuilder? I ask because I just started a makeover with 10.12.02, so it looks like I'm missing the bug fixes of 10.12.03 and now 10.13.00.

lesliekirk The main template level update is with the CTGY and CTLG page template. Previously the sub categories rendered using a template level function. That has been updated with the new Category List Flex Component.
