I need help checking mu email and it is urgent!!! (I have already submitted a support request).
What are the server settings that we are supposed to use when checking our domain emails through Thunderbird?
I was given these configurations, but I get an error from Thunder bird saying "Unable to Log In at Server, probably wrong configuration, username or password"
Incoming Server
Outgoing server:
I tried this also with a NEW email password that I created through the plesk control panel ( my.miva.com ) and was still unable to do it.

- Hostname: web015.mivamerchant.net
- Port: 993
- Connection security: SSL/TLS
- Authentication method: Encrypted password
- Username: [email protected]
Outgoing server:
- Hostname: web015.mivamerchant.net
- Port: 587
- Connection security: STARTTLS
- Authentication method: Normal password
- Username: [email protected]
