safe to delete pages?

Somehow a scraper went on our site and found these pages AMAZONPAY_OCST, AMAZONPAY_OPAY, AMAZONPAY_OSEL while looking for ADA compliance.

Really annoying since we don't use amazon pay. Is it safe to just delete the pages?

Side note: It would be cool if you could just make a page active/inactive

Sometimes I "deactivate" a page by changing its code, e.g. adding a few X's at the beginning or end. This is sometimes handy when I want to create a new version of the page, but keep the option to revert back to the original.
