Shipping information in Google Search Results

I'm looking at some google search terms where my store ranks pretty high and it states in the snippet "free delivery over $1490 and 30 day returns". Does anyone know where google would have found this and how I can correct it? Thanks!

I'm trying to track down a similar situation. I've looked at the Google Merchant Center and don't see anything there either.

Prestons Typically this information is pulled from the content or schema data within the store. I took a quick look at your store and that content is not found anywhere (although on the shipping and returns there is a 30 return policy).

If the store is connected to Google Merchant Center, shipping and return policies configured there can surface in organic results, not just Shopping ads. Do you have any shipping rules in Google Merchant Center?

The best way to update this information is to add Google Schema data to your store. The default Shadows framework supports this using the json-ld JavaScript Resource:

      https://github.com/mivaecommerce/sha...js/json-ld.mvt

Adding Google Schema will help Google better understand the data on the site to produce more accurate descriptions. Another thing you can do is use Google Search Console to load the pages rendering the message and see if there is a way to update the data.

Thanks everyone for the clues! I drilled down a bit further in the Google merchant Center and indeed I have the shipping costs set up with price dependent rates the highest of which is free shipping $1490.01 and up. I'll modify that and see how long it takes to change on the search results.
