    William Davis, I think it would help if you outlined the key features of Contact Manager that you need.

    It's my understanding that this module is a Contact Us type form. I've been able to replace it with the built-in contact form. What feature are you needing?

      Simple contact management, basic support/service communication; ticketing, status, ownership, category, a little automation, without the SPAM, outlook 365 can only take you so far.
