    NTFD Product Name

I am looking for a way for the NTFD page to display the product name instead of the generic Product '1101' is not available at this time.. Is this possible?

If you're reaching the NTFD page, there is no product name since the product code requested didn't exist.

Thanks, that makes since. Let me ask another way. If a product is no longer active and a link is still available on search engines is there a way to display a message such as:

Sorry, it looks like "product Name" isn't available at "Store Name".

The way to do that is to not delete the product (which is what causes the NTFD to be used). You'd leave it up with zero inventory and whatever message you want or other products to direct people toward.
        Thanks,

Or if a different product is the preferred place for that traffic to end up, you could add the prior product's URI as an additional URI to the replacement, and ensure redirection is configured so search engines also learn of the new preferred product.
