URI Import File Example

I thought there used to be an example of how to create an import file to redirect (301) to a category. I asked the support chatbot, and it said there wasn't a "specific example." The link in this sentence doesn't work:

Thanks Mark, I seem to recall an actual example of how to format the import file. This is for an existing store that just needs to redirect a buttload of products to a category. (I'll make them all inactive after I get this done.)

lesliekirk You can also go to the Data Management section and select the Import Settings section to find the Add/Update URIs from CSV import. From there if you select the import you can download an example file.

The CSV Import file isn't an example - it just has the heading to be imported. For example, in the site I'm working on just has this in the file

PRODUCT_CODE

That doesn't help me understand how to do the product to category 301 redirects. I tried getting a product export this morning, but had issues with the site. Turns out what I was trying to download wasn't going to help me anyway.
