    InsureShield Widget Text Too Small

I have the InsureShield snippet added to OSEL pages on my sites, but the widget on the front end is very small and difficult to read. I didn't see styling options in the Order Fulfillment > InsureShield Settings. Is there a way to increase the font size?

delcorsets this could be an inherited style on the site, sometimes it just takes adding the item tag to a div:

    HTML Code:
    <div><mvt:item name="readytheme" param="contentsection( 'upsinsureshield_configuration' )" /></div>
If that does not work, can you submit a ticket and our team can take a closer look.

Nick Sorted it out, thanks. It was bootstrap setting the root font too small initially making the rem-based font sizes way too small. A couple other InsureShield questions now that it's up and running on our site: 1- If a customer asks us to cancel insurance (prior to entering tracking numbers,) how do we do that? 2- If an order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, are all shipments covered? 3- If a product is added or removed from the order does that affect the insurance?

On cancel before shipping, if you refunded them you could delete the InsureShield related custom fields before adding the tracking number and that would intercept the completion call. There's no "cancel this" button - but I'll bear that in mind. Multiple shipments all covered. The insurance is put in place with the first tracking number, but the claims agents are used to dealing with multiple packages. The claims process involves identifying the order, then explaining what's going on.. and at that point it's fine to explain that one of many packages had an issue.
