    Mulitiple Subscription errors today

I am getting multiple subscription authorization failures today: "Authorization failure: XML request does not contain the expected toplevel member." Is anyone else seeing this? I was going to create a ticket but I can't login to My.Miva .

We're getting this too on regular orders placed on the site and have a ticket in. Started around 9:05am CT this morning.

Are you using Authorize.net for your payment gateway?

Yes. We have other connections to authorize.net that are working without issues, so I don't think it's them specifically.

Oh no, your are correct. I can see that all of my order authorizations are failing, not just subscriptions. You were able to submit a ticket? For some reason my.miva.com just refreshes after I input my username.

Yes, Miva support jumped on it right away. No update yet, though. Our transaction failures are piling up.

We are having the same issue and did submit a ticket earlier this morning.

                    Hi All,

This was a CloudFlare- related issue.

What happened: Between approximately 15:00 and 16:30 UTC today (July 17, 2026), Cloudflare experienced an issue that prevented some POST requests (such as checkout submissions, form submissions, and login attempts) from completing correctly. This was not an issue with our configuration or your account — it was an infrastructure-wide issue on Cloudflare's side, confirmed on their public status page.

Current status: Cloudflare identified the root cause, implemented a fix, and is now monitoring the results as of 16:30 UTC. Service should be restored or restoring now. We're continuing to keep an eye on things on our end as well.

                    What this means for you:
                    • If you were experiencing issues with check out during this window and it appeared to fail or hang, it should now go through successfully.

This is the issue link if helpful: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/652w59bvnbsj

The slightly less technical version is they implemented a change that began altering POST requests, not specific to Miva, and in some cases those changes broke the request.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Laura and the entire TAC team. I opened a support ticket as soon as I got an email about this issue from a store owner. They were on this issue right away. Many thanks!
