Product Tabs in Page Builder

I am using the Product Details component on the Product Display page in Page Builder. For some reason the text I put in the "Specifications" custom field under "Product Tabs" for a product isn't appearing. I tried assigning the "custom field" item to the PROD page but that didn't fix it. Is there something special to getting these to work? This is a new site and fresh install of Shadows.

afiumano Do other products with the custom field work? Is the custom fields set to "public" (if the "public" setting is not checked in the custom field when setting it up then it will not be available in runtime)?

If the issue still persists after setting the field to public, reach out to support and have them take a look because there are no extra steps to set that up.

I was only testing with one product but I did find that both the "Review" and "Specifications" custom fields were NOT set to public. Once I did that I was able to go to the Specification tab in Page Builder and assign the custom field to it and now it is working. Thank you.
