Fragment Conflicts?

I was so excited to get one Fragment to do exactly what I wanted it to. I created a second Fragment; it also did exactly what I wanted it to, but I discovered that when I applied the second Fragment, the first Fragment disappeared. Is that normal? I hope not. I hope it's just me. Help!

I thought I had figured out the Fragment conflicts as I had ferreted out a Console error. The conflict is still there, but it might be a moot point because one of the Fragments I created was an Add to Cart with a quantity input field for the CTGY page. It won't work because the Fragment gets put inside a link that clicks forward to the PROD page when trying to enter a quantity.

That's really too bad because I work with a number of stores that have the Add to Cart (with a quantity input field) on the CTGY page. Not having a PageBuilder-ready solution makes it a little harder to convince them to use PageBuilder (and upgrade to Shadows).
