We do now - last week we purchased the Copernicus modules (back) from Miva, as I was the original developer. Copernicus modules require paid support on v5 and consulting basis support only for v4 (discontinued).

But I think all you need to do John, is run the Live Acquisition, then mark them as Active and Allowed in the SSM.

the best thing is to probably contact the developer of the CBS shipping super mod directly. Although, I don't know if they actively support their products any more.

I have a few USPS Global shipping methods checked off but they do not show up as available in the CBS admin screen. And therefore they don't show up when appropriate for, say, shipping to Canada.

Can someone tell me how to get CBS Supermod to recognize those settings?
