Need Merge Order Batch

I still have MIVA 4.23 store as archive store. I need to merge multiple over 300+ order batch during 2007. So I can export to flat file with entire order together at once. I need to do for IRS audit to reviews.

Export on each batch is extreme headache processing.

I need your help with any best suggest or feedback on how solve and simple quickly process.
