URGENT! - Site mysteriously charging $5.00 minimum fee on all orders! We've never done done this before, how did this happen and how can I turn if off ASAP! It start yesterday at 3:00 AM.

What does it say next to the 5.00 charge?

Do you have the miscellaneous fee module installed in that store? If yes, look at what the fee says on the invoice and then locate that fee in the misc fee list. Do you have it set for all orders?

On the payment screen displays "*Below Minimum Fee: $5.00".

And no, we have never used any kind of minimum fee module that I can recall.

To help clarify - this is an additional fee that is being added when you get to the Payment Information screen.

No miscellaneous fee module installed. This thing is driving crazy...! I don't understand this, we have NOT made any configuration changes.

Problem fixed. Developer accidentally loaded some script that was meant for another store...
