Block American Express card use

Hello,

We have unchecked the box in Payment Configuration to allow the option of using American Express but people still use it. Is there a way to stop or block its use in Miva 4.22? We are using Linkpoint gateway.

Turn off American Express in LinkPoint system itself.

Do you mean inside Miva or on the Linkpoint site? It is off in Miva.

I have gone into Linkpoint (FirstData) and can find no place to turn off the card. Any clues?

You may need to call LinkPoint to turn off American Express on your account, manually.

Called Linkpoint and they turned it off. That worked.
