Anyone here using uncompiled 4x Miva & Addendum Module?

If so, I'd like to know if your checkout process fails at some point using the latest Firefox 4.0.

That is what is happening in our store. When we de-activate the module, checkout proceeds fine.

While we did have some customization done to this module by Adam Toline, it was not for the checkout process that is failing.

i'd guess (since that's all we have to go on) that its the placement of the addendum questions causing the problem. Of course, if we had a URL, we wouldn't be playing 20 questions<g>.
