URGENT Need Help Disabling Module in Miva 3

I am trying to disable the advanzdesign.com Free Price based shipping module. However, it times out because the website advanzdesign.com is down and the module cannot connect to verify the license. When I try to delete the module, I can't because it is in use.

Please help!

go to section where you add/remove modules and disable it there.

When I try to delete the module there it says

Module 'Price Based Free Shipping' is in use by one or more stores, and cannot be deleted

deactivate but don't delete

There is no deactivate option. Please see attached image.

I didn't use mm3 for about 9 years but if you find the module in the Module section and click it. Isn't there a active checkbox?

There is no deactivate option. Please see attached image. [ATTACH]434[/ATTACH]

Click the Files tab in that screen that you sent the image of - is there a checkbox with Active there? If so, uncheck it and click update.
