If you can navigate your site to find the merchant.mvc file, just change the URL to have admin.mvc. Typically it's going to have the merchant.mvc visible in the URL if you do a search, or begin a checkout. The directory is often mm5, Merchant2, Merchant5, store, etc. but varies from site to site based on who installed it and what their preference was. We install using the default mm5 unless it was an upgrade.
I lost the url when my computer permanently crashed. I have the user name and password but have been unable to go to the login page. I thought it was http://www.domain.com/Merchant2/admin.mvc but it doesn't work. Is it possible it doesn't work in Win 10 OS?
Thanks,
John
