    Can't access exported files anymore

    We changed servers. The exports are reporting data as exported:

    2364 customers exported to 'Merchant2/00000001/export/test\quickbatch.iif'
    120 orders exported to 'Merchant2/00000001/export/test\quickbatch.iif'


    However, when I go to the folder on the FTP site, it is empty :(

    Please help!

    I would suggest you contact your host to figure out where the files are now going to. If you changed hosts, there may be a new location for the data files.

      ... or, you may be looking in the Merchant2 directory in your public html folder, while the exports are saved in the mivadata/Merchant2/ folder - which should be in a completely different location. If you know where the mivadata folder is on the new server - navigate there and you should be able to see the export files there. If you don't know where the mivadata folder is - contact your host for this info. Every hosting company sets things up slightly differently, and some companies set up completely separate ftp accounts to access the mivadata folder, so where and how you access that on your new server will need to be clarified by your new host.
