Affiliate Link Instructions & HTML Code Generators

We would like to include instructions for our affiliated on how to link to a particular category or item. Does anyone have any suggestions or sample I could use.

We also thought of using an Anchor Text/Image Link html code generator to facilitate use and support. Here is a good example http://www.ibdguy.com/makehtml/

The problem with this particular form, it displays the results in a new window. I have seen other code generators that display the code in the same window ?which we prefer, but I can?t recall where I saw it.
