Flyout / Dropdown Category Tree Tutorial Available?

Hi there, Everyone:

Does anybody know a good place on the web to learn how to do a flyout / dropdown Category Tree? I would also like to use it instead of the regular Navbar, much the way the flyout category menu is inplace of the navbar on this stie:

I am using the new CSSUI that comes standard with wombat. and I know little to nothing about CSS.

Just to update this thread...

I am looking into using the dropdown / flyout menu that you can see here:

Whatever you pick, You should probably choose a CSS-based menu (as opposed to a javascript-based menu), since javascript menus tend to be complex and take a while to load.
