One module I would expect to have an issue with is eBaskets from eMediaSales after the updates to the attributes in Wombat, but there are no warnings, can I assume it works fine.

The eMedia module works fine as far as we know, and James from eMedia didn't expect any problems.

Is that host by any chance Westhost? I use Westhost and I have the same problem. Admin interfact is all screwed up; weird colors, odd spacing, incorrect fonts, etc. Also, cannot access many controls now in Admin; tells me I don't have permission to access /mm5/...

I have submitted a support ticket through WestHost, however they suggested that I also escalate the issue through MIVA, so I am about to do that also.

Yes it is. Their support for Miva Merchant is shaky at best and they publicly state their moving away from us. You might consider moving to a qualified Miva Merchant host.

Have done that, when I re-run the update, I get
Automatic Installation (recommended) production-7 Miva Merchant 5.5 Production 7

If I click continue, will it start the install, or will it re-run the checks and show any modules that still need updating

Yes, I know. I was not happy to hear that. They did assure me that they will continue to support MIVA customers for what that is worth. Unfortunately, I am one of their resellers and have dozens of customers who use MIVA 5.5, as well as using it on one of our own websites. Please get these Westhost issues straigtened out. I am advising all of my customers to not do the update to Wombat until the issues at WestHost are resolved.

Please get these Westhost issues straigtened out.

We're working on it, but I want to be clear about this; the issue is with their server config which is improper. We're trying to help but they are ultimately the cause and the solution in this case.

Fail to apply framework: UI module mismatch Error:

When I try to apply framework css_fw, I keep getting UI module mismatch error.

What would cause this error?

Are you trying to install that framework on a brand new store added after upgrading?

Yes, my server is WestHost and the same situation with the person in Quote. I escalated the issue and waiting if the MIVA agent can help.
It seems some problem for MySQL, no?

If I can't get help from the server, I have to move to any server. Which one is qualified host if I can ask?

We believe we have a workaround for those people having the admin CSS issue which should be out shortly.

However you should still consider changing to a Miva Merchant Premier Hosting partner, they frequent these forums and are easy to find.

It is an existing store on Wombat-Beta2 which uses "cssui_default_fw".

Please try updating the store. If you're on Wombat-Beta2 you have some updates to install. Make sure you are still on the beta stream and update all the way to PR7. If you still have this problem please email [email protected] and include a link to this post. Thank you.

Ok just updated (www.kerstencards.com) and manage order and manage shipments does not work. I only get the nav bar with no orders showing. Also, if I click on any button at the top nothing happens.

We have rolled out the pr7-util-1 patch, which will correct issues people were having at Westhost or other hosts that use an SSL proxy.

We have verified that users are able to apply the patch even with the admin in the non-functional state it was in after installing PR7.
