    MattK,

    You must be logged in securely now to view order details.

    Try logging out, and then make sure you login securely and click Manage Orders in the left nav. You should be all set.
    Thanks,

      Manage Orders Sorting Question:

      when I go into Manage Orders in admin, the orders seem to be listed in no particular order. They are NOT sorted highest order number to lowest, they are NOT sorted most recent to oldest, they are NOT sorted alphabetically, they are NOT sorted by cost.

      So by default, there doesn't seem to be any default sorting process.

      I understand it is easy enough to click on the Order # link at the top of the column that lists the order numbers, however it would be nice if there was SOME logical sort order when you click on manage orders.

        Tracking Number Link In Shipment Confirmation HTML Email not working.

        I am CC'ing myself the Shipment confirmation HTML Emails.

        In the email, it DOES list the tracking number in blue, and it APPEARS to be a link, such as:

        Tracking Number: UPS #1Z06A91V0394578421

        Unfortunately, nothing happens when you click it. The cursor DOES change into a hand when you HOVER over the tracking number, so you think it would be a working link, but nothing happens when you click it.

        I am using Mozilla Thunderbird version 2.0.0.24 (20100228) as my email client.

        Thanks.

          I am having the same issue with the tracking link for Fedex in the shipping confirmation email. The link appears accurate, but does not open or create any action when clicked.

          In fact, when manually performing a copy and paste this is the link you get: http%3A%2F%2Fwww.fedex.com%2FTracking%3Flanguage%3 Denglish%26cntry_code%3Dus%26tracknumbers%3DXXXXX

          The XXXXX is the correct tracking number.

            Unable to capture credit cards from within Miva - Manage Orders/Manage Shipments. Using Authorize.net - built in module.

            The legacy order processing module still works for this purpose, however once you create a shipment in Manage Orders you loose the ability to process the order through the legacy system. I had to manually capture all the orders individually from within the Authorize.net gateway (real pain).

                  Rick, for some reason the capture feature is working this morning - can't explain it. However, I do not see a way to perform the capture of multiple items at once. Am I missing something?

                    Another problem with the shipping confirmation email. I have been unable to get any additional information added to the shipping confirmation email (i.e. customer name, address, etc). I used several of the tokens from the default customer order confirmation html email without success.

                      p4k,

                      You can use the legacy order processing features of creating a batch and processing them to capture multiple orders at once.

                      I'll have to find out which tokens are available on the Shipment Confirmation email template, make sure you've assigned the items you'll need.
                      Thanks,

                        There's a bug in the default template for the shipment confirmation email that is causing this issue.

                        Search for:
                        Code:
                        &mvta:shipments:tracklink;
                        And replace it with:
                        Code:
                        &mvte:shipments:tracklink;

                          When attempting to enter a new order through Manage Orders, I receive the following error "Miva Merchant Returned an invalid response. Function: Order_Recalculate_Charges Response:" when I click the recalculate button within the estimate shipping/taxes/other charges and select any of the Fedex services. I am using Viking Coders Fedex Module. The other shipping selections work fine (built in USPS shipping module, weight based, price based).

                            The order information is available under
                            Code:
                            shipments:order:xxx
                            For example, if you wanted the shipping name it would be:

                            Code:
                            &mvte:shipments:order:ship_fname; &mvte:shipments:order:ship_lname;
                            Those tokens are only available within the <mvt:foreach> loop.

                              So the new version will not allow capturing of multiple orders at one time? Is that something that will be added?

                                The new version does allow for it, but following the old process. Whether or not we build it into the new Manage Orders screen depends on demand and other things.

                                From what we can tell, close to 95% of our customers who use Real Time Gateways, Auth and Capture at the same time, so capturing after the fact is sort of rare.

                                With that said, I certainly see why that would be a logical addition and we'll explore it.
                                Thanks,
