Update - it's definitely the dev store configuration. I was able to fudge my testing on the live store and it's most likely the lack of SSL/https for the dev store checkout.

I have old store (Production Release 6) and need to go through test before upgrade to Release 8.

I have issue with my dev store(not using https) with time out issue.

It is fine until I reach OSEL page.
Checkout_Session_verified and Checout_Session_ID have values expected in OSEL page.
However, if I click [Continue] button from OSEL page brings me back to OCST page with "Your session has timed out" message.
