Miva Merchant Engine v5.06
The cashback module within Miva admin automatically gives the Shipping Cost field a value of 0 (zero). This translates info free shipping for all our products listed on Cashback.
We have more than 67,000 products listed on Cashback, so it is not practical to specify the shipping rates for each individual item. This is the same on our site. Instead, we have a shipping table setup that charges a set amount based on the order total for both our site and on Bing.
Number 14 on Page 13 of the integration guide explains the values for the Shipping Costs field, https://msnsalespub.msn.com/Preview/...Guide_1204.pdf
The integration notes for this field says: "If not specified, the shipping settings in Merchant Center must be set." This is exactly what I am trying to do because we have our shipping rates table setup within our Merchant Center account.
For testing, I have exported all our products out of Miva as a .dat, made the value of the shipping cost field blank, and then imported it back into Miva. This did not do anything because the module then reverted the blank values back to 0.
I went into a product's edit page within Miva admin and deleted the 0. But after clicking update for that product the module reverted the value back to 0.
What needs to be done so that by default, the Shipping Cost field of the Cashback module is blank? If this is not possible, how do I make that field blank with no value?
