hi,

trying to use CHASE Paymentech Orbital Gateway and it is asking for Group Number.

but in orbital account only got merchant ID and Chain #

The Group Number should be in your Coding Sheet once you get passed Underwriting:

You simply need to place your account on PNS instead of Salem and you then need to be sure you have your External IP address sent to Gateway support at Chase and you should be fine.

If your IP is not properly added you would see an error like this:

Unable to authorize payment: Security Information - agent/chain/merchant is missing.
