The dev store was deleted and re-created as a PR8 store so no I have never seen this before.

Hi, I just upgraded to Beta Version of PR8 & now all of my categories are only displaying one product (as opposed to many prior to upgrading). This is happening on Safari & Firefox. Any ideas?

Firefox 3.6.14:
Drag files here to upload = nothing happens, does not accept file drop.
Browse to upload = OK, it works!

Firefox 4.0 beta:
Drag files = 0004.jpg Error: Invalid MD5
Browse to upload = 0004.jpg Error: Invalid MD5

Small Bug:
Generate Product Variants / Auto Generate:

A box pops up with:
The current combination of inventory attributes will generate 0 product variants...

I click on [Generate]
and 2 products are generated.

I'm having trouble with the "export products to file", it displays:
7 products exported to 'Merchant5/s01/export/products.csv'

My store uses a /mm5/ directory and I can't find the /Merchant5 directory anywhere on my site. Where are the exported files?
The export files to an e-mail address is working.

Hello James,

/mm5 is the scripts directory, where all of the .mvc files reside. The Merchant5 directory is located inside the 'mivadata' directory. That 'mivadata' directory could be called, htsdata, mivadata, or just data. If you can't find it on your FTP server you can contact your host to see if they can locate it for you or grant your FTP user account privileges to view the 'data' directory.

Hello James,

Some hosting providers put the data directory inside a "private" directory, you might see this at the / (root) of your FTP structure.

I should placed this in the beginner support group, I thought it might be related to PR8.

Hello,

Not all hosting providers put the data directory inside a private directory. Some have it parallel to the webroot directory. So, its not a one size fits all resolution, it is going to vary depending on who you are hosting with.

My reports are coming up as an empty screen (except the Geographical report and that on the homepage.)

Sounds like your GD Library is either incompatible or somehow not properly configured.

Oh really? I thought we got that figured out b/c the upgrade worked properly now (it was a syntax error so Apache wasn't finding it (I copied what was the release notes but apparently it didn't like that.)

The upgrade checker just verifies that it exists, but not that the version is correct. Jim should be able to assist you.

I would still talk to him about this issue. In my PR8 stores Reporting works properly and I'm 100% sure that GD would be the most likely culprit if they're not rendering.

Although it's worth asking, what OS/Browser are you using?
