Setting up Additional Images to Change with a Selected Attribute:

• Do not enter any additional images for the base product.
  • images entered here show up as the first thumbnails stopping your image from changing. It would be nice if these thumbnails showed up at the end of the list.
• Enter all the additional photos into the inventory Variants additional images tab.
• On the attributes tab make sure the “I” is checked. This turns the inventory on.
• when using swatch drop-down list. The default is the first item in the list even if another item is selected as default.

If thumbnail was generated and then deleted by using FTP. If you go back into the store it is not being regenerated and shows up as a blank thumbnail. is there some way to regenerate the thumbnails?

I've tried changing of thumbnail size and it will regenerate a new thumbnail. Then when I change it back to the original size it still won't regenerate.

It would be easier for a user to modify the thumbs if they were labeled after the size of the thumbnail box and not their actual generated sizes.
If a user created their own thumbs and labeled them _42x42 and dropped them in the graphics folder Miva would not recognize them.

Another option would be to crop in when generating to create an actual square thumbnail.

I believe the only way to regenerate the thumbnails is to upload the large images again

No deleting and re-uploading doesn't work either, unless I give the image a new name.

I have tried:
Deleting and reloading by FTP.
Deleting and reloading by products/batch image assign/drag files here.
Deleting and reloading by products/additional images.
All of these result in no new thumbnails.

If I go into pages/PROD/edit/product display layout image dimensions, and enter a new size for the thumbnails it will create a new thumbnail with the new size but I cannot go back to the old size and create a new thumbnail.

I also noticed that in "Admin/products/edit/inventory variants" the inventory quantity is not being updated. If I click the edit inventory button and enter inventory amounts after exiting the quantity still displays "1"

That's not the inventory count, that's the number of that item that are put into the basket for that variant.

When trying to use batch image assign in firefox 3.6 if you start typing a product it begins to show you a list of products in the store but clicking on them does not work.

Hello, is anyone able to view all of their shipping information on the Printable Invoice? My payment processing information prints just fine but for some reason, none of my shipping information, other than shipping method, is available for my invoices, even on those orders marked as shipped w/ tracking data.

Pages/CTGY/category product list layout:
if the custom fields: product header and product footer are checked.
If I enter "test" into one of the product header and footer boxes.

In the store it is displayed as:
Product Header:test
Product Footer:test

The help button is not functioning.
When I click the help button the center working area of the screen blanks to white and admin becomes inactive. I have to log out and log back to make it work again.
I assume this is because you have not written the help files for PR8.
