After clicking on "Show Order" and assigning a number to a category or product the results will vary... numbering multiple items usually results in only of the item's placement number "sticking".

Really weird, but trying to move a product's order to a position over "99" does not seem to stick.

Using Firefox 4.01 on Mac.

This is a bug. We broke the master category and product list sort in PR8 Beta 1 and it went unnoticed until now. This will be fixed in the final PR8 release.

There seems to be some browser issues. Firefox seems to have a lot of occasional freeze up and also cliking links in the admin can sometimes bring up the actuall stores web-site inside the frame.

Internet Explorer will not allow multiple lines to be copied into a custom field (not sure if this new or not because the attempt at using ie is because of all the firefox problems.

I've hit snag trying to PR8 beta:

Incomplete installation of patch 'pr8-beta-1' detected.

A patch that has been partially installed was found in your list of available patches.

I have a ticket open for it, but I thought I had better post it here since the release of PR8 is just around the corner.

This is because you can't go from PR7 Update 10 to the Beta.

Just Discard The Installation and wait a couple days for real PR8 :)

Uh, I thought you could switch the stream? Have you stopped that? I've been trying to get the beta stream for about a week now, first it was getting the library, now this......

You can switch, but only from PR7 Update 9 or below. The USPS update in Update 10 came out after the Beta launch, so they're incompatible.

So after switching off of the Beta and back to production there are no recently installed updates? Is that a bug? I was looking for a list of updates to compare with issues.
