    shipworks order status

    I posted this question on the shipworks forum but it doesn't really have the community that Miva has.

    Is anyone using Shipworks 3 with the latest version seeing problems with the new order status feature?

    Currently when updating an order marked shipped in shipworks it changes the Miva order status processing even though the tracking number gets sent.

    I tried it but went back to version 2.0. Mine marked them shipped. Can't recall but I may have set an action to do that. Did you check your actions to make sure it was set to shipped?

      I had not set up actions for this so I will play with that.

      It was working before setting them as shipped however it seems to have stopped with the latest shipworks updates.

        Mark I upgraded to Shipworks 3 last week and am getting same issues you posted above. I know my actions are set correctly but in shipworks and miva it shows processing rather than shipping.The tracking is imported.

        The only way I can get it to say shipped is to go into miva order, go to enter tracking part and hit update without changing anything. Then it will changed to shipped.

        Miva could you look into this?

          I still suffer from the same issue.
          Though I have just been leaving them as processed because the tracking info does still get sent.

            You should ask Shipworks. Wes et al can reach out if they need help but we're far from Shipworks experts.

              I contacted them and they said PR8 broke something. Hopefully they get it worked out soon.

                  I use SW3 with Sebenza's Ultimate Order Status. I have actions setup in SW3 that updates the record online. Asked at the SW forum for a couple years-told it would update Miva 5 after the version upgrade to 3 but it still doesnt do what it should so we keep using Ulitmate Order Status with SW3 to update MM5.

                  There is a also a xml export file for SW and Miva stores that will supposedly update built-inMM5 but I have not tried it.

                  It is attached if you want to take a look at it.

                    It worked for a little while and it still sort of works.
                    It does send the tracking data but it is not triggering the order status.

                    My guess is that if history repeats itself shipworks will work with PR9...

                    Shipworks has been perfect for everything we need with the exception of order status info.

                        I'm not sure what you're asking here. We're not actively working on anything regarding Shipworks.

                          Order status has not worked correctly for quite a long time. You had wrote in the thread that you contacted Wes.

                          After uploading information to miva it says processing instead of shipped. The tracking number does also get uploaded.

                          But if you log into the miva merchant order, click on enter tracking (the info is already prefilled from shipworks) then click on update (without changing anything) it will then change to shipped.

                            I have contacted Wes, it's in their court. I haven't heard from them in a long while on this issue.

                              We just starting using ShipWorks3 this week and are experiencing the very same issue. I am not concerned with the particular Miva status of 'Processing' vs. 'Shipped', but does anyone know if the template email 'Shipment Shipped' gets triggered once ShipWorks uploads the tracking information?
