Re: shipworks order status

It has certainly been a while, and we very much appreciate your patience with this. Without getting into details, we've started work on this project and had that work interrupted many times over the past few months.
We've been working hard at growing our team to handle the amazing growth we are seeing from our customers, and I think we're over the hump. There have been a lot of internal business-level things we've needed to accomplish, and took much more time from development than we could have anticipated. I expect that soon you'll start to see our new development and responses to update requests match and exceed that which you long time users had come to expect from ShipWorks.
